New story book

Received 8 books of storybook from our storage. These are part of the donation from the Whiteford Branch - Harford County Public Library. I still  have about 5 more boxes to pick up.

I'll be prepping these for shipment soon.

This shipment contains story books, crayon packs, flash cards, and packs of colored pencils. Hoping to get these at the school by the start of the 3rd term.

Ihururu Primary leadership change

Mr. Kagiri the Ihururu headteacher has transitioned to another school. It's been a real pleasure to work with Mr. kagiri. He was a great partner in moving our project forward at Ihururu. Mr. Kagiri will introduce me to the Deputy Headteacher who is taking over as the new Headteacher.

Plans for 2017

With the year winding down, we take some time to reflect on the progress we've made so far. We've made huge strides and look forward to moving the Ihururu Primary School project forward in 2017.

The main goals in 2017 include:

• Shipping the remaining books 
• Exploring ways to assist with establishing a new library
